Agreement terms

1. Parties and purpose

This Corporate Leasing Program Agreement is between Corporate Leaser, operating through CorporateLeaser.com (Corporate Leaser), and the client identified in the secure application. It describes the 30-day program service, the one-time Service Fee, the client’s responsibilities, property-issued costs, approval process, and refund-review conditions.

2. Program term and start

The program term is 30 calendar days beginning on the date the client electronically signs this agreement after paying the Service Fee. Corporate Leaser may begin case-support work after the short intake, Service Fee, signed agreement, and required follow-up information are received. A new written agreement is required for any extension or additional service period.

3. Service Fee and no monthly-rent charge

The client pays one flat, one-time $999.00 Service Fee through the designated Square checkout. There is no separate monthly-rent charge from Corporate Leaser under this program. The Service Fee is for the program service described in this agreement and is separate from every fee charged by a rental property or its representative.

4. Client-selected properties and client responsibilities

The client selects 3 to 5 rental properties that match the client’s location, rental, and quality preferences. The properties should allow online application, accept paystubs or income documentation without requiring bank-account login, and provide accurate contact and application information. The client must provide complete and truthful information, respond promptly, submit required forms and documentation, follow the case manager’s directions, and satisfy property-imposed requirements. Applicants must have no criminal background.

5. Corporate Leaser services

Corporate Leaser may review the client’s selected properties, communicate with the selected property, explain the proposed corporate leasing structure, select the strongest first application path from the client’s list, coordinate property-fee information, and submit or support a corporate leasing application when the property accepts that structure. Corporate Leaser may use its own corporate financial information and business credit in the proposed corporate application; this does not waive any requirement imposed by the selected property.

6. Property control and approval

The selected property, landlord, realtor, or management company controls availability, screening, documentation, application requirements, fees, lease terms, approval, denial, and move-in requirements. Corporate Leaser cannot change a property’s decision and does not promise that a specific property will approve the arrangement. The client remains responsible for the lease obligations and for complying with the selected property’s requirements.

7. Timing and communication

Corporate Leaser generally begins eligible case support the same business day after sign-up and complete required information are received. Most approvals may occur within 3 to 7 business days, and the program approval window is 7 to 14 business days. Actual timing depends on complete client information, the client’s property choices, property response time, property requirements, availability, screening, and the property’s decision. A later client-selected move-in date does not create an earlier approval obligation.

8. Property-issued fees

After the case manager identifies the first property to pursue, the client may receive an invoice for that property’s exact application and administration fees required to apply. The client is solely responsible for any and all property-imposed application, administration, screening, security-deposit, move-in, lease-approval, utility, holding, or other fees. Those amounts are not included in the $999.00 Service Fee and are not controlled by Corporate Leaser.

9. Refund-review conditions

Any refund request must be made after 30 calendar days from signing this agreement. A refund request is eligible for review only if Corporate Leaser’s services failed to result in approval into a rental property and the client followed all required steps, supplied accurate and complete information, submitted qualifying properties and documentation, responded to requests, paid required property-issued fees, and complied with this agreement. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the signed agreement and is not automatic.

10. Situations that do not qualify for a refund

The client is not entitled to a refund because the client changes their mind, cancels, stops responding, fails required steps, submits inaccurate or incomplete information, does not provide requested documentation, fails to meet property requirements, refuses to pursue a property that the client selected and that approved the arrangement, dislikes an approved property from the client’s supplied list, chooses a later move-in date, or fails to pay property-issued fees. A property denial, unavailable property, or changed preference does not by itself establish refund eligibility when the client did not complete the required process or Corporate Leaser’s services were performed under this agreement.

11. Identity, privacy, and electronic records

The secure follow-up stage may collect one government-issued ID upload, the last four Social Security digits for identity verification, occupant information, property information, and required documentation. The full Social Security number, bank-account credentials, and payment-card details are not requested by the form. The client consents to electronic records and electronic signature, confirms that the typed name is the client’s electronic signature, and agrees that the signed copy may be downloaded from a private link. Corporate Leaser restricts staff access to submitted records through its secure review process.

12. No legal or approval guarantee; agreement protections

This agreement describes a service process and does not create a guarantee of housing, approval, availability, credit outcome, lease terms, or move-in date. The client remains responsible for the truthfulness of submitted information, the client’s own decisions, the client’s lease obligations, and all property-issued costs. The parties agree to communicate in good faith and to retain this agreement and the signed download for their records. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. This agreement is the complete program understanding for the 30-day service period unless amended in writing by both parties.

Next step: Return to the application, pay the one-time Service Fee through Square, then review and electronically sign this agreement on the secure property-details page before submitting property and identity details.
