Privacy Policy details
1. Information we collect
Corporate Leaser may collect contact details, relocation and housing goals, application information and responses, selected property information, case comments, and support messages. The secure property-details flow may collect a government ID file and the last four digits of a Social Security number for identity verification. We do not request a full Social Security number through the website.
2. Payment information
Square handles checkout payment details. Corporate Leaser does not ask customers to send card numbers, bank-account credentials, or security codes through contact or application forms.
3. How secure submission information is used
Information is used to review an application, communicate with the customer, coordinate selected-property outreach, support the case, maintain business records, and address customer requests. As disclosed on the secure form, an authorized support notification may include the ID file, last-four digits, property addresses, case comments, and private signed-agreement download link so support staff can review the submission.
4. Storage and access
Secure application records and uploaded ID files are stored in protected application systems. Access is limited to authorized support and case-management operations. Private signed-agreement links are bearer links and should not be forwarded or posted publicly.
5. Third parties
We may use service providers such as Square, hosting and storage infrastructure, email delivery, rental properties, property managers, landlords, and contractors to operate the program. Each third party may apply its own privacy practices and requirements.
6. Retention and requests
We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet operational requirements, and protect the business. To ask about a support record or request help with your information, contact Support@CorporateLeaser.com or 1-844-263-2287.
7. Policy updates
This public policy may be updated as the website and program operations change. The current version is the version published on this page at the time of use. This page is general information and is not legal advice.
