Property approval, timing, and move-in outcomes vary; no approval or timeframe is guaranteed. Any client who requests a refund will be granted one, so long as they give us a fair shot to get them approved at their selected rental property.

A renter’s ID number is an In-house Corporate identifier and credit profile of the renter who is under our corporate lease. It’s a way for us, the property manager/landlord, and clients to identify which client is which so we don’t get your case confuse with other cases. The Renters ID Number is also used on the corporate lease application to identify the renter as an extra layer of protection for our client’s personal credit to remain private during the application and screening process.

It’s fine. Your renters ID number is connected to our in-house corporate credit through tradelines and can still be used on an individual rental application to support the application at your selected rental property through corporate leasing; the property decides whether to approve.

The process shouldn’t take longer than 10 to 15 days after you complete the final payment into the program. After you sign up, you will receive an email to set up positive rent reporting through a third party company in our network. Please Note: The positive rent reporting is totally optional for the client. We do not require our clients to join the positive rent reporting programs.

A tradeline is a term used by credit reporting agencies to describe credit accounts listed on a credit report. For each account you have, there is a separate tradeline, which includes information about the creditor and the debt.

When our client Renters ID Number is generated, we add the credit profile associated with the renters ID number to our corporate tradeline accounts in order to generate an excellent rental related credit history on the Renters ID Number, so when the renters ID Number is screened during the rental application process it is approved. We also add positive rental history and other positive items to the Renters ID number to support the application at the client’s selected rental property. Apply Now

Our Second Chance Housing Program through Corporate Leasing works as follows: Submit Corporate Lease Application from to join program. Review the program application and receive the next instructions. Pay the $999.00 Service Fee all at once. Search, Tour, and Select your rental property. Submit Request Case Manager Form. You are provided with Case Manager contact details to call or communicates with the case manager, to go over the details of your case.

You pay the 12% markup on monthly rent for the lease term separately to CorporateLeaser to manage risk associated with your rental lease agreement. The case manager submits/supports the corporate leasing application to the selected property and guides you through the next steps. The selected property controls its own approval decision.

You are solely responsible for paying any and all application, administration, security-deposit, screening, move-in, and other fees required by your selected rental property to process your application and approve the leasing agreement. If the selected property approves the application, complete the lease and move in. The time of this process depends on the renter and when they want to move in. However, it’s a speedy process that can take less than a week to complete.

Our company uses a corporate leasing approach to help credit-challenged renters pursue rental properties of their choice; the selected property controls its requirements and approval decision. We bypass our clients getting their personal credit ran for the approval by using a technique called Corporate Leasing.

Corporate Leasing is when a company uses their excellent business credit, corporate name, financials, rental history, and references to submit a rental application on behalf of the client and/or when a corporation uses alternative approval techniques on behalf of the client to support the rental application at their selected rental property.

The program has a $999.00 Service Fee paid all at once, plus a 12% markup on monthly rent for the lease term paid separately to CorporateLeaser to manage risk associated with the rental lease agreement. After paying the $999.00 Service Fee, search for and select any three rental properties that fit your rental criteria for the case manager to contact and apply to on your behalf. The case manager performs outreach to your selected rental properties to inquire about their corporate leasing application and process, then helps decide which property to pursue.
